Are you ready to shape the future of HR operations at one of the industry's leading providers? ePerformax is currently looking for a detail-oriented HR Specialist (Labor Relations) / Process and Policy Compliance Specialist to join our growing team in Cebu. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between our workforce and management, ensuring smooth operations through rigorous policy enforcement and expert labor relations management.

As a member of ePerformax, you will work in a dynamic environment where your expertise in labor compliance will directly impact our organizational integrity. We are looking for a professional who can navigate complex HR scenarios with ease, from processing exit clearances to managing employee grievances.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the end-of-employment process, including processing clearances for resigning and terminated employees accurately and timely.
  • Manage labor relations activities, including investigating grievances, handling disciplinary actions, and mediating employee conflicts.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory standards across all departments.
  • Develop, review, and update HR process documentation and policy handbooks to reflect best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify risks in HR processes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees regarding HR policies and labor regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, specifically focusing on Labor Relations and Policy Compliance.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
