Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies
- Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking management and local staff
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and performance management
- Oversee HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records
- Develop and implement HR programs to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure policy adherence and legal compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) with professional proficiency
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in manufacturing or machinery industry
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No.13/2003) and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to mediate cross-cultural communications
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record in recruitment process optimization
