Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates
  • Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies
  • Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking management and local staff
  • Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Oversee HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) with professional proficiency
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in manufacturing or machinery industry
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No.13/2003) and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to mediate cross-cultural communications
