Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Mandarin and non-Mandarin speaking roles
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs across cultural divides
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and corporate HR policies
- Facilitate cross-cultural training and conflict resolution initiatives
- Administer HR operations including payroll, benefits, and performance management
- Act as primary Mandarin-language liaison between employees and management
- Optimize HR workflows using HRIS systems and data-driven insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency (written/spoken)
- 3+ years of HR generalist experience in multinational environments
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite
- Proven cross-cultural communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in HR metrics reporting
