Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires across departments
- Develop, implement, and evaluate learning & development programs aligned with business objectives
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and create targeted solutions
- Manage HR documentation systems and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes
- Analyze training effectiveness metrics and recommend program improvements
- Collaborate with recruitment team to streamline talent acquisition workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience with focus on onboarding and L&D
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and learning management systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience designing and delivering corporate training programs
- Ability to analyze data and create actionable HR insights
