Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Singaporean labor laws and industry standards
- Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Conduct HR audits and maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and succession planning
- Administer training programs and initiatives to enhance employee development
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and support HR-related legal requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with payroll and recruitment focus in manufacturing
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle HR)
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean employment laws (CPF, Employment Act, etc.)
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) or payroll management preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Experience in implementing HR initiatives in fast-paced industrial environments
