You will also handle employee relations matters, develop and implement compensation and benefits programs, and maintain our HRIS system to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
- Maintain and update the HRIS system to ensure accurate employee data and compliance with company policies
- Conduct HR analytics and reporting to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with specialization in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HRIS
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus
