Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Mandarin-speaking roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies through job boards, social media, and industry networks
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate regular performance reports
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top Mandarin-speaking talent
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations throughout the recruitment process
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience with proven Mandarin language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and recruitment best practices
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Certification in HR or recruitment is highly desirable
