We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our dynamic team in the West Region. This is a full-time opportunity where you will play a crucial role in managing our end-to-end Human Resources operations. Your primary focus will be on Recruitment, ensuring we attract top talent, as well as handling critical compliance tasks such as Work Pass applications (EP/S Pass) in accordance with MOM guidelines. Additionally, you will oversee the Onboarding process for new hires and assist with Payroll administration. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Handle Employment Pass (EP) and S Pass applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted to MOM within the required timelines.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including arranging induction sessions, contract signing, and IT setup.
- Assist with monthly payroll processing, verifying timesheets, and ensuring accurate salary calculations.
- Maintain and update the HR database with accurate employee records, contracts, and personal data.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in recruitment and Work Pass management.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws and MOM Work Pass requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling payroll data and contract documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and employees.
- Proficiency in using HRIS software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel is essential).
