Tanggung Jawab
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Manage Singaporean work pass applications (EP, S Pass, DP) and renewals
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to enhance new hire integration
- Process monthly payroll, benefits, and leave administration accurately
- Maintain HRIS systems and employee records with meticulous attention to detail
- Support employee relations initiatives and resolve HR-related queries
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company HR policies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years' HR experience with recruitment and payroll focus
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean labor laws and work pass regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Certificate in HRM (e.g., SHRM-CP) is advantageous
