Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for key positions
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct structured interviews and assess candidate competencies
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define position requirements
- Maintain and optimize applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
- Enhance employer branding through positive candidate experiences
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of talent acquisition experience
- Strong knowledge of recruitment channels and sourcing techniques
- Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance
- Results-oriented with proven track record in hiring
