Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive salary structures and grade bands in alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze internal and external pay data to recommend competitive salary adjustments and ensure internal equity across all departments.
- Lead the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, promotions, and bonus allocations.
- Develop and administer employee reward programs, including recognition schemes and performance-based incentives.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to assess workforce needs and provide strategic compensation recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal compensation policies during all planning phases.
- Prepare detailed compensation reports and presentations for leadership review to support decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) or HR Generalist roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar).
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and industry compensation practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with performance management systems is a plus.
