Tanggung Jawab
- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Handle employee relations matters and resolve workplace conflicts
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Support payroll administration and benefits coordination
- Conduct regular HR compliance audits and ensure legal adherence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
