Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support the payroll administration process by preparing timekeeping reports and attendance summaries.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace procedures.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for new hires and departing staff.
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on HR-related metrics as requested by management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative or similar support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professional decorum.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates with a strong internship background in HR are encouraged to apply.
