Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of HR programs, employee engagement activities, and team-building events.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and attendance tracking systems.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and work to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Support performance management processes and help managers with employee development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies at all times.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and present insights to management for continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Staff, HR Assistant, or in a similar junior HR role for at least 1-2 years.
  • Solid understanding of HR functions, recruitment best practices, and Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Highly empathetic, approachable, and capable of handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
