Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Coordinate employee training programs and professional development initiatives
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and performance management
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Support workforce planning and organizational development strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR functions
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU No. 13/2003)
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition preferred
