Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Administer employee onboarding programs and orientation sessions
- Handle employee relations matters and resolve workplace conflicts
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations
- Process payroll documentation and maintain accurate employee records
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff growth
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends
- Support benefits administration and employee wellness programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in manufacturing or industrial sector
- Proficiency in Indonesian labor laws (KUHT) and HR best practices
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office applications
- Certification in HR management (e.g., CHRP) preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
