Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
- Provide administrative support for HR processes including onboarding and offboarding
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and inquiries
- Support implementation of HR policies and compliance requirements
- Facilitate employee communication and engagement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
