Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update accurate employee databases and digital HR records.
- Manage end-to-end attendance tracking, timekeeping, and payroll administration.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation for management review.
- Support the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and insurance documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or data management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Willingness to be based in Driyorejo, Jawa Timur.
