Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor laws
- Administer employee relations matters including conflict resolution and performance management
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and development
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems
- Handle payroll administration and benefits administration
- Support organizational development initiatives and cultural programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in manufacturing or technology sector
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (KUHP, PP No. 78/2015)
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in HR management (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
