Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate training programs and professional development activities for staff enhancement
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration with precision and confidentiality

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience with recruitment and employee relations focus
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
