BUM Equipment, Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Staff / Agency Coordinator to join our growing team in Malabon City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our human resources department with end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinating with staffing agencies, managing payroll administration, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate employee records. You will work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide organized support to ensure smooth HR operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial assessments
- Manage payroll administration, including computing salaries, allowances, deductions, and ensuring timely and accurate disbursement
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and staffing partners to meet manpower requirements and maintain良好的合作关系
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements
- Maintain organized employee records, HR documents, and personnel files in accordance with data protection standards
- Assist in onboarding new hires, processing employment contracts, and managing orientation programs
- Support employee relations activities, including handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and promoting positive workplace relationships
- Prepare HR reports, attendance records, and performance documentation as required by management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR generalist functions, recruitment, or agency coordination
- Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR compliance requirements
- Experience with payroll processing and HRIS systems is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
