Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze current compensation structures to recommend competitive salary ranges and bonus structures.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, HMO, and retirement plans, ensuring 100% compliance with local labor laws.
- Prepare and distribute monthly payroll data and ensure accurate disbursement of salaries and allowances.
- Conduct market research to benchmark salaries and benefits against industry standards.
- Assist in the development of performance-based incentive schemes to boost employee engagement and retention.
- Manage leave balances, salary adjustments, and other HR-related inquiries from staff members.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to align C&B packages with hiring needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits or Payroll administration.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Labor Code and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data processing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex benefits information clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment with strict deadlines.
