As an HR Generalist, you will support our daily operations by bridging the gap between management and our workforce. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Oversee accurate timekeeping, attendance tracking, and leave management for personnel.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation programs for new employees to ensure quick integration.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and ensure timely resolution of HR-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies.
- Perform regular audits of HR documentation to ensure 100% compliance with government regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist capacity, ideally within logistics or retail.
- Strong proficiency in Philippine Labor Code and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong command of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for timekeeping and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
