YTO Express is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Staff to join our growing team in Quezon City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our human capital operations, ensuring that our talent acquisition, employee relations, and timekeeping processes run with maximum efficiency.

As an HR Generalist, you will support our daily operations by bridging the gap between management and our workforce. We are looking for someone who thrives in a high-pressure, fast-moving setting and possesses the dedication to maintain compliance, improve employee engagement, and facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Oversee accurate timekeeping, attendance tracking, and leave management for personnel.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation programs for new employees to ensure quick integration.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and ensure timely resolution of HR-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Perform regular audits of HR documentation to ensure 100% compliance with government regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist capacity, ideally within logistics or retail.
  • Strong proficiency in Philippine Labor Code and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong command of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for timekeeping and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
