In this role, you will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring that our human resources practices align with our business goals. You will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, ranging from recruitment and selection to employee relations and payroll assistance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for all staff members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll administration by verifying time sheets, leaves, and benefits.
- Handle employee relations issues, inquiries, and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Support the HR department in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or a generalist role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in using HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people and organizations grow.
