Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave entitlements, and other company benefits
- Handle employee relations matters, including addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, attendance records, and performance documentation
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes
- Support payroll administration by providing necessary HR data and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Ilocos Norte and Zambales as needed
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
