We're seeking a Mandarin-speaking professional to drive strategic HR initiatives across our Jakarta operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution and mediation
- Oversee attendance administration including time tracking and leave management
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale
- Ensure strict compliance with HR policies and Indonesian labor regulations
- Support recruitment processes from screening to onboarding
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and personnel records
- Coordinate training initiatives and performance management systems
- Assist in compensation and benefits administration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Native Mandarin proficiency (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of HR administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003)
- Experience with HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
