Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement organization development strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze workforce capabilities for targeted interventions
- Develop and facilitate leadership training programs and talent development initiatives
- Optimize organizational structures and processes to support business objectives
- Drive employee engagement through culture-building programs and change management
- Partner with department heads to align HR solutions with operational needs
- Monitor and evaluate OD program effectiveness using KPIs and feedback mechanisms
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in organization development or talent management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose organizational challenges
- Experience designing and executing training programs and leadership development
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
