BYD Automotive is a global leader in new energy vehicles, driving the future of sustainable transportation. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Staff member specializing in Payroll to join our growing team in Subang, Jawa Barat.

As an HR Staff member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of payroll processes while acting as a key bridge between our local operations and Chinese expatriate management. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and possess a strong background in payroll administration and Indonesian labor regulations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process for employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local tax and labor laws.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, facilitating effective communication between Chinese-speaking management and local staff.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, social security (BPJS), and tax reporting (PPh 21).
  • Maintain and update confidential employee records, ensuring data integrity within the HRIS.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to reconcile payroll accounts and manage disbursement records.
  • Prepare periodic HR and payroll reports for management review.
  • Support general HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, documentation, and compliance audits.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Mandarin Proficiency (HSK 4 or equivalent) is mandatory for daily operational communication.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in HR operations or Payroll administration.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and tax regulations (PPh 21).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with HRIS software.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
