Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
- Handle employee payroll inquiries and provide clear explanations of compensation structures
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for audits
- Collaborate with HR department on employee benefits administration and onboarding
- Prepare payroll reports and analyses for management review
- Coordinate with external agencies for tax filings and social security contributions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience in Indonesia
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Proficiency in payroll software and HR information systems
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in financial matters
