Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end TIN application and renewal process for new and existing employees.
  • Coordinate with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and other government agencies for tax compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases and employee records using Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring all statutory documents are collected and filed correctly.
  • Provide guidance to employees regarding tax-related inquiries and documentation.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and local labor laws.
  • Prepare and organize HR reports and filings for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR administration, preferably with TIN or payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Tax laws and BIR compliance requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for employee coordination.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and filing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
