Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies and policies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage employee relations and resolve complex workplace issues effectively.
- Design and implement performance management and training programs.
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian labor laws and internal regulations.
- Lead organizational development initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with leadership to support business transformation and change management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a strategic managerial role.
- Deep understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations in Malaysia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for HR decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of leading HR projects and driving employee engagement.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
