Join Asticom's dynamic HR team as an HR Supervisor in the heart of Bonifacio Global City. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement compensation structures, pay grades, and incentive programs
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
- Administer benefits programs and compensation reviews
- Lead HR projects including training programs and process improvements
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years progressive HR experience with supervisory background
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compensation practices
- Strong proficiency in HRIS and recruitment management systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
- Proven experience in contract/temporary workforce management
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
