Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment efforts for clinical and non-clinical hospital staff.
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring compliance with labor laws and hospital policies.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost retention and workplace morale.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Facilitate onboarding and continuous training programs to ensure all staff meet high-quality healthcare standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage payroll processing oversight.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Prior experience in a hospital, healthcare facility, or high-volume service industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
