  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and implementing conflict resolution strategies

  • Supervise payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles with at least 2 years in a supervisory position
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training development
  • Ability to analyze HR data and make data-driven decisions
