Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and implementing conflict resolution strategies
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Supervise payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals
- Monitor employee performance and provide guidance to managers on performance management
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness
- Manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles with at least 2 years in a supervisory position
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training development
- Ability to analyze HR data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
