Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
  • Manage employee relations through conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy implementation
  • Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with Philippine labor laws and company standards
  • Coordinate employee training programs and performance evaluation systems
  • Administer benefits packages, payroll processing, and compliance documentation
  • Lead HR team members and provide guidance on HR best practices
  • Analyze HR metrics to improve workforce efficiency and retention strategies

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years progressive HR experience with supervisory responsibilities
  • Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes
  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters
