Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract and retain top-tier talent for store and corporate operations.
- Oversee accurate and timely monthly payroll processing, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), and PCB tax filings.
- Manage the end-to-end work pass/visa application process for expatriate staff, ensuring full compliance with Malaysian immigration laws.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, resolving grievances and fostering a supportive workplace culture.
- Monitor and ensure organizational compliance with the Employment Act and other local labor regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage performance appraisals and employee development plans.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR supervisory or generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and immigration procedures for work passes.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (to support our internal communication requirements).
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate professional integrity at all times.
