Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives and legal requirements
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution and performance management
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data privacy compliance
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Supervise HR staff and delegate tasks effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with at least 1 year in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition in BPO/marketing industry preferred
