Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals
- Manage employee performance evaluation systems and improvement initiatives
- Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Lead recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical positions
- Manage training and development programs for staff
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with HRIS and other HR software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Leadership experience with team management
