Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily human resource operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor laws.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees for various departments.
- Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies, addressing grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Administer payroll processes, benefits administration, and ensure accurate record-keeping for all personnel.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and professional development programs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting employee engagement and well-being.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll administration, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
