Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance on recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' HR experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in recruitment and talent management processes
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
