Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance on recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company regulations
- Conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' HR experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in recruitment and talent management processes
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
