Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee all HR activities within the Makassar office
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
  • Lead recruitment efforts and ensure quality hiring
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
  • Manage HR documentation and maintain employee records
  • Collaborate with management on strategic HR initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations effectively
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR software
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
