Join Hon Chuan Indonesia's dynamic HR team as an HR Supervisor, where you'll drive organizational excellence through strategic human resource management. This pivotal role combines hands-on operational oversight with strategic initiatives focused on employee engagement, industrial relations, and comprehensive HR generalist functions. You'll be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. As a key leader in our HR department, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop talent management strategies, resolve workplace conflicts, and implement HR best practices that align with our company's growth objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention
- Manage industrial relations, including labor negotiations and grievance resolution
- Lead HR compliance initiatives ensuring adherence to Indonesian labor laws
- Supervise HR team members and provide mentorship for professional development
- Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems
- Conduct workforce analysis and provide strategic HR recommendations to leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU No. 13/2003)
- Proven experience in employee engagement programs and industrial relations
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
