We are looking for a dedicated and strategic HR Supervisor to join Cloud Advisory Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will take charge of daily human resources operations, ensuring seamless support for our business operations. You will be responsible for driving recruitment initiatives and maintaining a positive work environment. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily HR operations, including attendance tracking, leave management, and personnel records.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Ensure full compliance with Malaysian employment laws, company policies, and labor regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and engagement activities.
  • Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and insurance schemes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with business objectives.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
