Tanggung Jawab
- Lead recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with labor standards and company objectives
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution and performance improvement initiatives
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration while maintaining equity and compliance
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership decision-making
- Ensure adherence to Philippine labor laws and company regulations
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years progressive HR experience with supervisory responsibilities
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, etc.)
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training programs
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certified HR Professional (PHR/SPHR) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
