In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and retention—while championing organizational development initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding
- Develop and execute organizational development programs to enhance workforce capabilities and leadership pipelines
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace satisfaction
- Oversee HR operations including compensation administration, training programs, and policy compliance
- Lead HR team members through coaching, performance management, and professional development
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions for talent management
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and HR best practices
- Proven experience in employee engagement programs and organizational development
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Strategic thinking with ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
