Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage employee relations programs and resolve workplace conflicts effectively
- Develop and enforce HR policies ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws
- Lead performance management systems including evaluations and development planning
- Coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational capabilities
- Manage HR administration including payroll support, benefits administration, and documentation
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years progressive HR experience with supervisory background
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Certified HR Professional (PHR/SPHR) or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector highly desirable
