The HR Supervisor at Walter Mart plays a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of one of the Philippines' leading retail companies. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for leading and executing talent acquisition strategies, performance management systems, and employee development programs specifically for our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations. - Lead the recruitment and selection process for QRS operations, ensuring timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates
- Develop and implement performance management systems to monitor and enhance employee productivity
- Design and execute employee development programs to foster career growth and skill enhancement
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and maintaining a positive work environment
- Oversee compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR, with specific focus on recruitment and talent management
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software
- Experience in the retail or QSR industry is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
