Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
  • Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with DOLE regulations and company standards
  • Lead employee relations initiatives including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Manage training programs to enhance employee skills and career development
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
  • Coordinate benefits administration and payroll processing
  • Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning needs
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years progressive HR experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion
  • Strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Professional License in HRM (optional but preferred)
