Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with DOLE regulations and company standards
- Lead employee relations initiatives including conflict resolution and performance management
- Manage training programs to enhance employee skills and career development
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Coordinate benefits administration and payroll processing
- Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning needs
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years progressive HR experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion
- Strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Professional License in HRM (optional but preferred)
