Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor regulations
- Manage performance management systems and employee development programs
- Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier technical professionals
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives and address workplace concerns
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Proven ability to manage employee relations effectively
- Experience in tech industry recruitment preferred
