Chiringuito Del Kabron is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Supervisor to join our world-class team. As the backbone of our people operations, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of service and workplace culture.
In this role, you will lead daily HR administrative functions, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws. We are looking for a proactive leader who can foster a positive working environment for our diverse team, ensuring that every staff member feels supported and engaged as we deliver excellence to our guests.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new staff.
- Manage employee attendance, payroll data administration, and leave management systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and workplace conflict resolution.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor regulations and internal company policies.
- Organize employee training and development programs to elevate service standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and HR documentation.
- Support management in performance appraisal cycles and KPI tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the hospitality, F&B, or tourism industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proficiency in HR information systems and payroll software.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Law.
